Crestmont Land Trust currently owns and manages 172 acres in Benton County on the east side of Wren. The property is bisected by the Cardwell Hill Trail and is located on the Marys River adjacent to the west of Fitton Green Natural Area. This habitat reserve includes a mix of hardwood- and conifer-dominated forests, oak savanna, prairie meadows, riparian areas, and production-driven conifer stands.
